But first, how does it differ from the Corrective Therapy sessions?

The Corrective Therapy/ Muscle Balancing sessions are a great way to be assess, get manual therapy releases, and gain a few exercises to maintain yourself. A perfect choice for those off-chance niggles, a start for those more long-term goals...
a window of opportunity to work further into!

The Corrective Movement classes take all the goods from Corrective Therapy into a more in-depth, long-term, goal driven, and sustainable approach. Where we begin taking your body through movements, exercises and patterns, that will create long term change.

What does it involve?

We spend our days taking from our body, working 'OUT'. These sessions are your time to start working 'IN', replenishing and giving back to yourself!

 

Combining prehab training and recovery. Develop your breathing, thinking and movement patterns through these active-recovery style sessions.

 

Take a day away from the gym, the running track or the surf to give back to your body through specifically designed movements and exercises. Sessions will include but not limited to: Breathing exercises, dynamic stretches, activation and stability exercises and low resistance strengthening exercises... all whilst under a watchful eye, correcting any form or postural imbalances as we go.

 

MUST BE AN EXISTING CLIENT. If you are not yet, please book in for a Corrective Therapy Session to be assessed prior to commencing these classes.
